I'm returning to the blogosphere, briefly, to give a quick synopsis of the past month and what's going on.

I live in Perrysburg, Ohio right now. I didn't buy a place in Kitchener, or Waterloo as I led some to believe. It was a ruse to throw Kathryn off, but an uninformed individual ruined the surprise by posting in this space that I was going to Australia. So yes, I am going to Australia. I'm leaving on Monday, and I won't be back until next year. My working visa is valid for a year, so I'm likely going to take advantage of as much of that year as possible. I'm currently scheduled to come back in May, because the airline would only book that far ahead. I can change it at my leisure in the future.

I've been commuting between Perrysburg and Waterloo for the past month, spending time visiting friends back home, and staying with the family here. I've put about 3500km on my car this month so far, so that's not too bad I think.

My brother, his wife and their 3 kids have been visiting. The brother was here for a week, while the rest for 2 weeks. They're coming back with me tomorrow actually, because they fly out of Toronto on Sunday. It was good to hang out with the whole family one last time before I left.

So I'm all packed up and ready to go. I'll try updating this space while I'm gone so that my friends back in Canada can catch up with what I'm doing. It should be a good time, and I hope I can make the most of it. I bid everyone farewell, until next time.
