I just finished reading "A Game of Thrones" by George R. R. Martin (I mentioned this book a little while back), and I must day: that book seriously kicked ass. What a way to end it, luckily I have the second book "A Clash of Kings" right here, because otherwise I'd go mad with lust for the sequel. As it is, only three books are out in the series, with the fourth hovering around completion. Martin promises the series will be no more, and no less than six books, thus avoiding the "When will it ever end?" syndrome that plagues some of the major series' out today.

Anyhow, I'm off to read some more. :D
