I've had a bloody cranium-annihilating headache all day today from the moment I woke up, and it's still pounding away even now. Most of what I remember from work tonight is trying to keep myself from spilling my innards all over the ground.

Gary (From Work) lent me a cd today, the band is called The Bones, and the record label is: "I used to fuck people like you in prison" Records. Pretty funny if you ask me. Haven't listened to it yet - so no verdict on the band hehe.

Mark (From Popeyes) emailed me a new workout regimen today. I'm looking forward to starting on it as soon as possible. I've been using the same routine for a few months now and feel that it's time for a few changes. I'm also really interested in one of the workouts he told me about last night, called 'running the rack'. Basically, if I've managed to complete my entire routine over the week and want to head in for an extra day, this becomes a viable option for focusing in really hard on one muscle group. Lets say I want to do biceps - I'd head up to the dumbbell rack (There are 2 racks at Popeyes - both run from 10lb up to 170lb dumbbells) start at the bottom, and work the day up. Say I take a pair of 10 pounders - start doing curls until my arms are right tired, then jump to the next ones - 15lbs, always without taking a break between weights. Keep doing this all the way up the rack until I can't even do 1 rep. Then start heading back down. So go from say 10lb up to 50lb dumbbells, then from 50lb back down to 10lb. Then do it all over again until the arms are so dead that doing 1 rep with the 10lb weights becomes pretty much impossible. It sounds like it would be a lot of fun, so I'm thinking of trying it this weekend.

Anyhow, I'm going to head to bed and hopefully a get a nice long sleep to fight off this bloody sickness. Peace.
