I'm not sure how many of my readers have heard of the UK television show Top Gear, but allow me to make you aware of it today. It's all about vehicles, of course, and they do a lot of really cool and creative tests on it. For example, racing a dog against a Mazda (guess who wins), or comparing the handling of a Lotus to an Apache helicopter. This video though, featuring the determined efforts of tester Jeremy Clarkson to destroy a Toyota Hilux, is absolutely classic! It's almost 17 minutes long, but well worth a watch.

Top Gear was one of my favorite show's while living in the UK. I don't usually like watching car shows, this one I loved. Should say I never watch car show's except this one. I can't brag enough about how great top gear is. They had some many show's of them racing around Europe. One of the hosts started in London and drove to Norway. He beat the other two guys he was raising against, they took the fairy. Speed boat. I love that show, love it. Can't brag about it enough. The hosts are the best.

Dude!!! HAve you seen the episode where they pit cars against olympic sports??? The rally car vs the bobsled? the car icehockey? Funny as hell. You need to see this episode. I hate cars and I thought it was GREAT!!!
Oh yeah, and the speed skater vs the err.. porsche maybe?
